I had my tires changed.

The jack point was peeled and broken.

I don't know if it was during or before the work, but
during tire changes, even if the jack point is peeled and broken, they apparently don't tell the customer because it doesn't affect the work.

That seems to be the policy of Elmax Co., Ltd.

Therefore, you need to be extremely careful when having work done there, just in case. I recommend taking pictures.

Never leave the work area and keep a close eye on it.

If you're not prepared for that, it's better not to use their services.

残念です

Their manners are not up to par.
That's disappointing.

At the end of the year, the power to the sugar lighter in my car stopped working, and I was in trouble. I went to my favorite store, Elmax, but it was closed, but there was one employee working there, so I explained the situation to them, and they checked the fuse, replaced it, and even gave me a spare, and they said it would be fine as a service, which was a huge help. Thank you so much♥️

They are completely trustworthy!

After checking out of my hotel in Shimonoseki, I was shocked to find that one of my tires was flat! 😵
I had a tire repair kit with me, but since I was driving all the way to Kagoshima, I Googled for a specialist shop and found Elmax! 💡
The reviews were excellent, so I called them, and they were very polite, so I went right away.
It was a hot August day, but they let me wait in a well-air-conditioned waiting room, and I was surprised by the price!
We were from an out-of-prefecture prefecture, far from Shimonoseki, but they didn't seem to mind at all.
I won't go into the details of the price, but it was so reasonable that I almost asked, "Is that really all?"
They also had customized Land Cruisers, and I felt they were running a very good business.
Thank you very much, President Shirai!

I came here to have my tires and brake linings replaced, and the work went smoothly without making me wait. I will definitely use their services again. Please note that JCB cards do not seem to be accepted.
